MRC Pontiac Business Owners and Business Characterization Study

Between May 19 and July 3, 2017, a telephone survey conducted by Zins Beauchesne and
Associates in consultation with SADC Pontiac, Emploi-Québec, and MRC Pontiac provided a profile
of business owners and businesses in MRC Pontiac, in order to better understand their needs and
present them with service offerings that suit their situation. In all, 244 business owners in MRC Pontiac
have responded to the survey, the key findings of which are presented bellow.
